We are a small software company. We do not sell your data. We do not run an ad network. We collect the bare minimum we need to answer your email, run a discovery call, deliver a project, and tell you about new writing if you opt in to the newsletter.

If you ever want to know what we have on you, ask. If you want it deleted, ask. We will respond within thirty days.

For purposes of EU/UK data-protection law, where applicable, we act as the data controller for personal data submitted directly to us through this website. For data we process on behalf of an engagement partner, we act as a data processor under the terms of that engagement.

When you submit our contact form, email us, or engage us under contract, we may collect:
  • Your name, role, employer, and business address
  • Business email and phone number
  • The content of your message and any attachments you choose to send
  • Information you provide about your product, configurator, ERP, or business situation in the course of an engagement
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
If we move forward into a paid engagement, we collect contracting and payment information necessary to bill you, including company tax identifiers and banking details where relevant.

When you visit the site, we automatically collect a limited set of technical information:

  • Pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on each page

We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not embed social-media pixels for retargeting.

We do not collect government-issued identifiers (driver’s licenses, passport numbers, social-security numbers) other than as required for contracting with employees or for payment processing where law requires it. We do not collect biometric data. We do not collect children’s data; the site is not directed at anyone under 16.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and store data primarily in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms with our processors.
